Michael Birch

Michael Birch possesses extensive experience in technology management and software development, currently serving as the Technology Manager for Call Center Systems at Crate and Barrel since December 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing a team focused on Customer Care solutions. Michael has also held roles as a Lead Developer for various web applications and served as Software Development Manager for the company's Point of Sale system. In addition to a robust career in tech, Michael operates Mike & Clare's Farm, an organic vegetable farm, and has previously run his own small-scale organic farm, Birch's Berries. Earlier career experiences include software engineering at CDK Global and programming roles at multiple technology firms, complemented by a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
