Rachel Hentges

Rachel Hentges has extensive experience in visual merchandising and operations, currently serving as Team Lead, Visual and Team Lead, Operations at Crate and Barrel since November 2016. In these roles, Rachel collaborates with management to lead and supervise the merchandising and stock teams, ensuring optimal product availability on the sales floor. Prior experience includes roles at Barnes & Noble as Cafe Lead, where Rachel managed a team and handled customer service, and internships at AARP and the Food Marketing Institute, focusing on design and production. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Iowa State University, achieved between 2009 and 2013.
