Helen Walsh

Helen Walsh is the European Counsel and Head of Knowledge - Banking & Credit at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP since June 2023. Previously, Helen worked as a Senior Professional Support Lawyer at Shearman & Sterling (London) LLP from April 2016 to June 2023 and held the position of Senior PSL at Clifford Chance LLP from February 1999 to March 2016. Helen also served as an Associate and Trainee at Clifford Chance LLP. Helen attended the University of Exeter from 1994 to 1997, where Helen earned their LL.B. degree, and later completed their Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London from 1997 to 1998.
