Julie Bulatovic

Julie Bulatovic is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in ownership and management. Since October 2023, Julie has been the owner of Crave Cookies. Prior to this, Julie has held the position of owner at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa since September 2011. Julie served as a director at Broe Real Estate Group from February 2020 to February 2023 and as a senior real estate manager at CBRE from 2018 to March 2020, leading teams on national healthcare accounts. Earlier in Julie's career, from April 2000 to 2011, Julie was the VP of Leasing, Design & Construction Management at NexCore Group LP. Julie holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Construction Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and has a degree in International Relations from Connecticut College. Julie also has an educational background from Vail Mountain School.
