Nick Watkins has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nick started their career as a server at Hagadone Hospitality Co., where they worked from June 2007 to March 2012. Nick then joined Supported Systems, LLC as an IT Apprentice, providing IVR system testing and support from March 2012 to May 2012. Nick then worked as a Product Specialist at PAYTHATWAY from June 2011 to June 2012, assisting clients with setting up online accounts and onsite customer support for mobile POS terminals. Nick also worked at Mobile Token Payments as a Sales and Marketing Specialist from April 2011 to September 2012, conducting market research and managing sales/customer support for PAYTHATWAY POS terminals.
In 2015, Nick joined etailz, Inc. as a Sr. Lead Generation Coordinator, responsible for project managing supplier research, sales pitch development, sales pipeline management, and analyzing market data. Nick then transitioned to the role of Business Operations and Market Research Manager in August 2017, contributing to the company's core business model of 3rd party marketplace sales and consulting. Nick's expertise in innovative technology development and profitable product selection helped drive the company's success until August 2019.
Currently, Nick is the Director of Operations at Crave Delivery since August 2019.
Nick Watkins has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a minor in Marketing from Lewis-Clark State College, which they completed between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration and Management at North Idaho College from 2012 to 2013. Nick Watkins has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Aveta Business Institute.
