Tim O'Neil

Tim O'Neil is the current CEO at Crave Fiber, and they have also held positions at 360fly and Relm Wireless Corporation. Tim was hired by 360fly in March 2012 to take the ten year old technology start up into commercial viability. Tim developed a focused business strategy, negotiated multi-million dollar product design contracts, distribution contracts, manufacturing contracts, and on-going legal contracts. This culminated in closing a $3M Series-A round followed by a $18.5M Series-B round with $2M additional in debt. The Series B investors included L.Catterton and major strategic players such as Qualcomm Ventures. The company went on to raise an additional $40M led by these early investors. In December 2007, Tim became the Chairman of the Board at Relm Wireless Corporation where they were also a member of the Executive Committee charged with running the day-to-day operations of a publicly traded company. Tim is well-versed in successfully supporting, opposing, and launching activist campaigns. Tim also created a venture strategy to augment the limited internal R & D resources.
