Ken Mazzrillo

Ken Mazzrillo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ken is currently serving as the Vice President of Deployment Operations at Crave Retail, where they lead the deployment and support operations of interactive display systems. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Deployment Services at AiFi Inc., overseeing global system design, procurement, field deployment, and hardware support activities for autonomous shopping technology.

Before joining AiFi, Ken worked at RetailNext, where they held multiple roles. Ken served as the Head of Global Procurement, responsible for planning, procurement, and allocation of IT hardware. Ken also worked as the Senior Manager of Global Integrator Relations, managing and evaluating IT field service integration partners. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Success, focusing on customer satisfaction and success.

Prior to their tenure at RetailNext, Ken worked at Ricky's NYC as the Head of Supply Chain Department. Ken led the development and management of operational procedures for retail merchandise reporting, inventory control, and replenishment. Ken also established and managed a distribution center and handled the procurement of store supplies and packaging.

Ken's earlier experience includes serving as the Purchasing and Services Manager at Mikasa/ARC International, NA, and the Purchasing and Fleet Manager at Trans World Entertainment. Ken began their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Marine Integrated Maintenance Manager, overseeing equipment maintenance, parts procurement, inventory control, and distribution.

Throughout their career, Ken has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in deployment operations, global procurement, integration partner management, supply chain, and customer success.

Ken Mazzrillo began their education in 1989 at the Marine Corps Landing Force Training Command. Ken pursued a degree in Marine Maintenance Management with a focus on Maintenance Operations. Ken completed their studies in 1990. In 1995, they enrolled at Hudson Valley Community College, where they focused on Counseling. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
