Clint Ault

Clint Ault serves as the Chief Development Officer for craveable brands. since July 2024, overseeing notable brands such as Red Rooster, Oporto, Chicken Treat, and Chargrill Charlie's. Previously, Clint held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Red Rooster from September 2019 to June 2024 and was the Chief Supply & Innovation Officer at craveable brands. from September 2013 to September 2019, focusing on quality assurance, product innovation, and supply chain management. Clint's extensive experience in the food industry began at Yum! Brands, where various roles included National Supply Chain Manager and responsibilities in franchise operations and human resources from 1999 to August 2013, and earlier operations and training roles across Pizza Hut and KFC from 1986 to 1999. Clint holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Queensland University of Technology, earned between 2000 and 2008, and completed secondary education at Balmoral State High from 1981 to 1987.
