Felipe Menezes

Felipe Menezes is an experienced professional in claims management and insurance innovation with a strong background in the industry. Currently serving as a Junior Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company - Brasil since April 2024, Felipe is involved in managing claims, conducting remote inspections, evaluating losses, and preparing regulatory reports. Previously, at Tokio Marine Seguradora from August 2022 to January 2024, Felipe focused on innovating and optimizing mass market products and services, conducting market research, and developing strategic projects. At Sedgwick, from December 2021 to July 2022, Felipe managed claims processes, estimated losses, and prepared regulatory documentation.
