Heather Matthews

Heather Matthews has extensive experience in the claims management industry, currently holding the position of Chief Client Officer at Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. since January 2009. In this role, Heather provides strategic leadership and oversees client relations to enhance service delivery. Previously, Heather served as Senior Vice President of the National Claims Management Centre, managing national claims operations, and as Vice President of Healthcare Management, where responsibilities included overseeing healthcare-related claims services. Earlier in their career at Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc., from 2004 to 2008, Heather worked as AVP Sales, focusing on sales strategies and client acquisition. Heather holds a degree in Criminology from Conestoga College.
