Jessica Portis

Jessica Portis, CFA, serves as the Chief Client Officer and Head of Member Portfolio Management and Services at TIFF Investment Management since December 2020. Prior to this role, Portis was a Partner and Not-for-Profit Consulting Services Leader at Pavilion, a Mercer practice, from November 2018 to December 2020, and a Partner at Mercer from September 2015 to December 2020. Portis has extensive experience in consulting for various institutional clients, including corporate and public defined benefit and defined contribution plans, overseeing combined plan assets exceeding $10 billion. Previous positions include Director of Consulting and Senior Consultant at Summit Strategies Group, where oversight of pension, foundation, and 401(k) plan assets was key. Portis's early career involved roles as a Research Analyst and Research Associate/Intern, focusing on quantitative and qualitative analysis of equity investment managers and capital market research. Portis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 1997 and 2002.
