Jeannette Webb, MBA MS, currently serves as the Director Digital Desk Operations at Crawford & Company. With previous experience as the Senior Property Claims Leader at Kemper and various roles at Allstate, including Property Claims Service Leader and Continuous Improvement Implementation Lead Consultant. Jeannette also held positions at Sprint as Customer Care Supervisor and Quality Assurance Analyst. Jeannette holds a Master of Science (MS) in Education, Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership Studies from Baker College, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Administration of Justice and Legal Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
