Jim Eso

Jim Eso has extensive experience in the insurance and construction industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Crawford & Company since 1989. In this role, Jim oversees a network of 75 field branch claims offices across Canada and manages the Crawford Contractor Connection product and Canadian Catastrophe Claims Response operations. Prior to this, Jim held various positions at Crawford & Company, including Vice President of National Property and Casualty and Vice President of British Columbia Operations. Jim began career as a Bodily Injury Adjuster at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia and has held roles in project management and accounting earlier in career. Educationally, Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Education from The University of British Columbia and attended Richmond Senior Secondary School.
