Nidhi Verma

Nidhi Verma, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief People and ESG Officer at Crawford & Company, a position held since March 2014, where Nidhi leads the global Human Resources/People Team and reports directly to the CEO. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Talent Management at Benchmark Brands from 2012 to March 2013, where Nidhi designed and implemented innovative talent solutions, and as Director of Leadership Programs at LexisNexis from 2010 to 2012, focusing on organization-wide leadership development. Nidhi has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Hewitt Associates from 2004 to 2009, contributing to talent and organizational research for Fortune 500 clients, and as a Manager at Arthur Andersen from 1997 to 2003, advising clients on HR management and organizational development. Nidhi holds an MA in Leadership and Adult Learning from Columbia University and an MA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
