Allison Srail

Allison Srail has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Allison began their career in 2012 as an Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield, where they specialized in various types of appraisals including office, industrial, mixed-use developments, multi-family, car dealerships, parking garages, and land appraisals. In 2015, they joined Crawford Hoying and took on roles such as Development Analyst, Associate Director of Development, and Executive Vice President of Finance. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Crawford Hoying, demonstrating their progression and growth within the company.

Allison Srail completed their education at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2008 to 2012. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. In addition to their degree, Allison also holds a certification as a Certified General Appraiser, which was obtained from the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing.
