Matthew Elliott

Matthew Elliott has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at Crawford Hoying since August 2018. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an Associate at Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter from July 2012 to August 2018. Matthew also gained valuable experience as a Taxation Associate at Vorys, Sater from October 2010 to July 2012, where they advised clients on various taxation matters and provided counsel on estate and probate matters. Matthew started their legal career as a Summer Associate at Vorys, Sater in 2009, where they researched legal issues and assisted in drafting briefs and agreements. Before pursuing their legal career, Matthew served as an Assistant Golf Professional at The Everglades Club from November 2005 to August 2006 and Caves Valley Golf Club from May 2005 to November 2005. During these roles, they developed relationships with high-profile members and guests and provided guest services, as well as implemented merchandising strategies. Matthew also has experience as a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2008. Matthew Elliott began their formal education at The College of Wooster in 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics. Matthew successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2003. Following this, Matthew enrolled at The University of Akron from 2003 to 2005, where they specialized in Finance and earned a Master of Business Administration degree. Hoping to further their legal knowledge, Matthew attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law from 2007 to 2010, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree. Additionally, in 2008, Matthew briefly attended the University of Oxford to study Comparative Legal Systems.
