Steven Welker

Steven Welker is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Construction at Crawford Hoying since October 2024, Steven has previously held the position of Director of Construction and Construction Manager at Kaufman Development from February 2016 to October 2024. Prior to that, Steven worked at Messer Construction Co. as Senior Project Manager from April 2005 to February 2016. Steven holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Construction Management from The Ohio State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
