Condre Richard

Condre Richard has extensive experience in project management, having worked at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. as a Project Manager. Prior to that role, Condre Richard was employed by the City of Indianapolis, Department of Transportation, from August 1970 to August 1992, where responsibilities included serving as Project Manager and Project Supervisor.
