Daniel Volk

CIO at Crawford & Company

Daniel Volk is currently the CIO at Crawford & Company. Prior to this, they held the position of Director - USP&C/Corporate Systems at Crawford & Company from September 2008 to May 2010. In this role, they were responsible for the operational management of Crawford’s corporate IT group, providing technology solutions and support across all business units. Daniel also oversaw enhancements and support for multiple application areas, including finance ERP, payroll, HR, billing, messaging, web, medical bill review, claims integration, reporting and trust management. In addition, Daniel oversaw enhancements and support for multiple technologies, including mainframe, ADABAS, natural, COBOL, Lawson, Millennium, Cognos and Microsoft. Daniel was also responsible for developing and managing operational budgets of 5+ million and recruiting, structuring and developing a team of over 55 technology resources, both internal and external consultants. Finally, Daniel implemented process guidelines for support and enhancement practices.

Daniel Volk has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma. Daniel also has two certifications from LinkedIn: Managing Organizational Change for Managers and Transitioning from Manager to Leader.

They work with Mike Hoberman - President, TPA Broadspire, North America, Charlotte von Krogh - President, Europe, and Tami Stevenson - General Counsel. Daniel Volk reports to Rohit Verma, Chief Executive Officer.
