David Sheppard serves as the Head Of Systems, Quality and Development at Crawford & Company since April 2017, focusing on embedding high operating standards and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements within Contractor Connection. Concurrently, David has been with Mitie Property Services since April 2013, holding several leadership positions including Head of Service Compliance and Systems, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with industry standards and facilitating a successful 12-week project management mobilization for a new customer service team. As Systems and Compliance Leader, David implemented IT advancements and led Project Synergy for real-time information interfacing with client systems. Previously, as a Business Analyst, David generated comprehensive management information for internal and client reviews through advanced Excel techniques.
