Floyd Sibayan

Floyd Sibayan (CLSSBB) currently serves as the Director of Operations at Crawford & Company, a role begun in March 2018, focusing on translating company strategies into actionable plans for continuous improvement and refining operating policies. Previous experience includes the position of Senior Manager in Finance Shared Service at Crawford & Company, overseeing operational management of departments such as Internal Audit and Procurement. Prior to that, Floyd led continuous process improvement as Regional Manager at Holcim East Asia Business Services and served at IBM in various roles including Sr. Process Improvement Subject Matter Expert, where expertise was applied in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Early career experience includes roles such as 1st Line Operations Manager and Case Manager at IBM, managing teams and ensuring compliance with service level agreements, as well as a tenure as Senior Customer Service Representative at Convergys. Floyd holds a degree from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
