Gonzalo Esteban

Gonzalo Esteban currently serves as Country Manager for Southern Europe at Crawford & Company, overseeing operations in Spain, Italy, and Portugal since October 2020, and has previously held the role of Country Manager for Spain. Prior to this, Gonzalo worked at American Express from December 2016 to September 2020 as Business & Sales Director, where responsibilities included managing sales channels and leading a team. Gonzalo's career also includes a position as Commercial Director at Grupo Multiasistencia from September 2014 to November 2016, and a tenure at American Express from March 2008 to September 2014 as Director of the commercial network. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Accounts at Grupo Konecta from October 2003 to February 2008. Gonzalo holds an MBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School and additional qualifications in insurance and commercial management.
