John van Wetering

John van Wetering is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as the National Manager for Injury Claims and National Executive Liability Adjuster at Crawford & Company since September 2018. Prior to this role, John was the National Manager for Loss Adjusting at Echelon Australia Pty Ltd from June 2004 to August 2018, where Echelon Loss Adjusting established a national presence in liability adjusting. From June 1994 to June 2004, John held the position of National Liability Manager at GAB Robins Australia Pty Ltd, where John established a national liability practice group and developed uniform systems and procedures. John's career began at DeKonings Loss Adjusters from 1985 to May 1994 as an Associate Director, managing public and product liability claims. John van Wetering holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, completed between 1978 and 1982.
