Nidhi Verma

Nidhi Verma is currently the Chief People & ESG Officer at Crawford & Company. Nidhi has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management.

Nidhi started their career at GE as a Learning Specialist. Nidhi then transitioned to Arthur Andersen as a Manager, where they spent 5 years. In 2002, Nidhi moved to Clark Consulting as a Senior Consultant in their organization development and change management practice. After Clark Consulting, Nidhi was a Senior Consultant at Hewitt Associates from 2004-2009. In this role, Nidhi was part of the “Insights & Innovation” team – a think-tank research group responsible for thought leadership and leading-edge research on talent, HR and organizational issues.

In 2010, Nidhi became the Director of Leadership Programs at LexisNexis. Nidhi held this role for 2 years before becoming the Senior Director of Talent Management at Benchmark Brands in 2012. Nidhi remained in this role until 2014 when they accepted their current position as Chief People & ESG Officer at Crawford & Company.

Nidhi Verma reports to Rohit Verma, Chief Executive Officer. Nidhi Verma works with Andrew Bart - CEO, International Operations, Mike Hoberman - President, TPA Broadspire, North America, and W. Bruce Swain - Chief Financial Officer.
