Rose Peters

Rose Peters, PCP, is an accomplished payroll professional with extensive experience in managing payroll processes across various organizations. Currently serving as the Payroll Team Lead at Crawford & Company since July 2019, Rose oversees the full cycle biweekly payroll for over 1400 employees in Canada utilizing Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM. Previously held positions include Payroll Coordinator at Manulife, where payroll processes for new hires were managed using Workday and ADP, and at Glen Dimplex Americas, where Rose led the Ceridian Dayforce implementation. Additional experience includes roles at Erwin Hymer Group North America and Kings Buffet Group, focusing on comprehensive payroll processing. Rose holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from triOS College and a high school diploma from Stratford Northwestern Secondary School.
