Orlando Fortes is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Microsoft Modern Work Support at Crayon Channel APAC since August 2015. Previously, Orlando held key roles at rhipe as Head of Operations and Support Services Manager at Enable, a Fujitsu company. Orlando's career includes positions such as Service Delivery Manager at RXP Services Limited and Management Consultant at NEC Australia, where expertise in ICT solutions and service delivery was developed. Orlando began a career in technology as a Senior Solutions Consultant at EOH and has foundational experience as a Senior Networking Engineer and Software Developer. Orlando holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Information Systems from the University of South Africa, alongside professional qualifications in integration and computer programming.
