Shannon Goodrum Sigmon

Shannon Goodrum Sigmon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Shannon is currently the Vice President of US Sales at Crayon, where they help customers with their digital transformation into the cloud. Prior to this, Shannon worked at SHI International Corp. as the Raleigh District Sales Manager and later as the General Manager of Partnerships, Business Development, and Marketing. Before joining SHI Corp, they were the Senior Director of Microsoft Sales and Business Development at SHI International Corp. Shannon also has experience working at Lenovo Data Center Group, where they served as the Director of NA DCG Inside & SMB Sales. Additionally, they held multiple positions at Lenovo, including Chief of Staff to the VP of NA Data Center Group Sales, Senior Manager of WW Customer Experience Project Management Office, North America Customer Service Leader, Sales Manager in the Enterprise Systems Group, Global Sales Manager, Global Account Manager, and Inside Sales Representative. Shannon started their career at IBM in customer support. Shannon also had a role in the Carolina Computing Initiative at the University of North Carolina.

Shannon Goodrum Sigmon earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000. Prior to university, they attended Pinecrest High School from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Shannon obtained certifications in "Leading Inclusive Teams" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in 2020.
