Stefano Laganà

Stefano Laganà has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Stefano has held various roles in different companies, starting from their current employment at Crazy Pizza as the Head of Service Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Cipriani as the General Manager during the pre-opening phase. Stefano also worked as a Restaurant Manager at Eden Roc Cap Cana and as a Restaurant and Beverage Manager at Cipriani. Before that, Stefano held positions at Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa, Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, Duxton Hotel Perth, and Cipriani. Overall, Stefano has gained significant experience in restaurant management and service operations throughout their career.

Stefano Laganà holds a diploma in Servizio di ristoro, cameriere/cameriera e responsabile di sala from the Ipssar Istituto Tecnico Professionale Alberghiero Praia a Mare, which they completed from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a FISAR Sommelier from FISAR in December 2011.
