Jacie Specht has worked in various roles in the customer service and sales industry since 2011. Jacie began their career as a Selling Specialist and Key Holder at Solstice Sunglass Boutiques, where they achieved top sales totaling over $90,000 while maximizing store profitability. In 2013, they took on an internship role at Philadelphia Insurance Companies as a Marketing and Underwriting Intern. Jacie later returned to Philadelphia Insurance Companies in 2014 as a Marketing Representative, where they managed client relationships with agency owners and agents and exceeded over $2M in new business sales with a 95% renewal retention. That same year, Jacie also worked as a Sales Associate at The Art of Shaving. In 2017, they moved on to Houzz as a Senior Sales Representative, where they were responsible for connecting millions of homeowners, home design enthusiasts and home improvement professionals across the country and around the world. Most recently, Jacie has been working as the Head of Customer Success at CRB Monitor since 2020.

Jacie Specht obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from James Madison University between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended The Hill School from 2006 to 2009.
