Angela Ehringer Boll

Angela Ehringer Boll is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel, risk management, and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Project Delivery at CRB since March 2022, Angela previously held the position of Corporate Counsel and Director of Risk Management at Stellar from 2007 to 2021. In this role, Angela managed a Risk Management Department, overseeing global insurance programs and litigation involving construction matters. Earlier positions include Senior Associate at CRAIG/is Ltd, focusing on subrogation of insurance claims, Associate Attorney at Bullaro and Carton with a concentration on insurance defense, and Associate Attorney at Mayer Vogt Smith and Palmquist. Angela holds a Juris Doctorate from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Murray State University.
