David Haas has a diverse work experience in project management and engineering. David started their career in 1993 as a Resident Engineer at the Department of Veterans Affairs and worked there until 1998. After that, they worked at Terra Firma Construction Management as a Project Manager from 1998 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Project Manager at Morgan Construction Enterprises, Inc. and then joined Torcon as a Project Manager in 2000. David spent a significant part of their career at Torcon, serving as a Project Manager until 2015. In 2015, David Haas joined CRB as a Project Director, where they are currently working.
David Haas obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, completing their education from 1987 to 1992.
