Shailesh Radhakrishnan

Shailesh Radhakrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Shailesh is currently the Vice President of Engineering & Technology at CRC Evans since February 2023. Previously, they held the position of Director of Engineering and Product Management at CRC Evans from August 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, Shailesh worked at STANLEY Oil & Gas, where they held various positions such as Director of Engineering and Product Management from August 2020 to August 2022, Group Manager of Engineering and Product Management from April 2018 to August 2020, and Electrical Engineering Manager from September 2016 to April 2018. Before joining STANLEY Oil & Gas, Shailesh served as a Hardware Engineering Manager at CRC-Evans Pipeline International, Inc from October 2011 to September 2016, and as an Embedded Systems Engineer at CRC-Evans Pipeline International, Inc from October 2006 to October 2011. Shailesh began their career as a Design Engineer at Link Electronics, Inc from January 2005 to October 2006. Throughout their career, Shailesh has demonstrated their expertise in innovation, team management, product development, process improvement, market penetration, and profitability enhancement.

Shailesh Radhakrishnan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Wright State University. Shailesh'seducational journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering at the University of Mumbai. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Leading Workplace Diversity from Rice Business Executive Education | Jones School of Business in March 2022.
