Birett Susan

Birett Susan has over 30 years of experience in international customer care and export coordination. Currently serving as the International Customer Care Manager at CRC Industries since May 1998, Birett has also held roles such as Customer Service Manager and Senior Export Coordinator within the company. Prior to CRC Industries, Birett worked at IKEA as an Import Coordinator and began a career in import-export coordination at Total Warehouse Simon and Schuster. Birett Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business with a Minor in German from Thiel College, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
