Hermela Mebrahtu

Hermela Mebrahtu joined CRD Associates in June 2022. Prior to joining CRD Associates, Hermela gained experience in legislative and regulatory affairs while interning at the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA). She assisted in a variety of projects including conducting policy research on the social determinants of health, drafted content focused on the impacts of COVID-19 on GI physicians, and analyzed the impact of telehealth access for underserved communities.

Hermela earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She completed her 4+1 accelerated program with a focus on Health Policy + Management in May of 2022.
