Katina Pierce

Katina Pierce brings to the firm more than 20 years of solid experience working in the government and public affairs arena. Prior to joining CRD Associates as Vice President, Administration & Finance, Katina held the position of executive assistant in the Government and Public Affairs Division of the American Dental Association (ADA). She was responsible for managing their annual Leadership Conference; the liaison between the DC executive director’s office and ADA headquarters senior executive level staff; managed Council and PAC board meetings; processed expense and accounts payable reports; and submitted the quarterly lobbying reports for the Association along with many other executive tasks.

Prior to joining the ADA, Katina worked in the House of Representatives for the late Representative Owen Pickett of Virginia, where she maintained the constituent database, tracked voting records and scheduled meetings. Katina joined the firm in 2013, to oversee all client contract and financial management, internal and external office relations, such as information technology, office processes and human resources. She also is the financial manager for four coalitions and/or associations, including the Coalition for Health Funding and the Cognitive Care Alliance. She holds a diploma in Office Technology from ECPI University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College.
