Dr. Wilberforce Witts (PhD) is a seasoned banking professional currently serving as Manager of Business Development and previously as Relationship Manager and Senior Credit Analyst at CRDB Bank Plc since July 2019. With a robust background in financial analysis and client relations, Dr. Witts has experience assessing client records and developing payment plans, as well as collaborating with credit referencing bureaus. Prior to these roles, Dr. Witts worked as a Bank Officer at CRDB Bank Plc from August 2010 to February 2019, focusing on acquiring new business and enhancing customer retention. Dr. Witts holds a PhD in Finance and an MBA from the University of Dar es Salaam, alongside qualifications in banking and Chinese language studies.
