Kevin Xiang

Kevin Xiang has extensive experience in growth and business development, currently serving as the Growth & New Business Development Manager at R/GA from March 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities include strategic research and presentation development for the U.S. market. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Growth & Development Associate at R/GA, focusing on similar research and development initiatives. At UC Berkeley Phoenix Consulting Group, Kevin was the Vice President of External Affairs, facilitating onboarding for healthcare consultancy clients and managing communications for client projects. Additional experience includes a role as a Sales Specialist at Bench Craft Company, securing significant sponsorship revenue, and an internship at Elysium Venture Capital, performing market research and due diligence for tech start-up investments.
