Glory Expery Mwanyika

Glory Expery Mwanyika has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as the Head of HR Governance and previously as the Head of Human Resources - Shared Services at CRDB Bank Plc since November 2006. Mwanyika's expertise includes planning and directing HR activities, advising on people management issues, and supporting the Director of Human Resources in delivering strategic objectives. Prior to joining CRDB Bank, Mwanyika worked as an Assistant Administrator at Abbey, focusing on application management and personnel policy communication. Mwanyika holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Public Administration in Human Resource Management from Mzumbe University.
