Leo Ndimbo

Leo Ndimbo has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Leo began their career in 2005 as a Quality Controller at Alliance One. In 2006, they joined NMB Bank Plc as a Bank Officer, where they provided exceptional customer service and promoted bank products. Leo then progressed to various roles such as Team Leader, Performance Manager, and Manager of Channels Distribution, where they focused on data analysis, resource management, and strategic solutions. Leo joined CRDB Bank Plc in 2018 as the Group Head of Business Excellence before taking on their current role as the Group Director of Business Transformation.

Leo Ndimbo's education history includes a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration (BA) from the College of Business Education (CBE), a BSC in Computer Engineering from New Horizon College of Engineering, and participation in an Executive Development Program at Strathmore Business School (SBS). Additionally, Leo obtained a CTF (Certificate in Digital Money) from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
