Petro Kashindye

Petro Kashindye has a background in Human Resources Management and has worked in various positions within HR departments. Currently, at CRDB Bank Plc, Petro holds the title of Manager Talent Acquisition and Performance, where they oversee recruitment and performance management processes. Prior to this, Petro worked at the University of Dar es Salaam and Muhimbili National Hospital in HR-related roles. Petro graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management.
