Stephen Kagaruki

Stephen Kagaruki is currently the Head of Innovation & Digital Transformation at CRDB since January 2019. Prior to this, Stephen held various technology-related positions at companies such as NMB Bank Plc, Hali Halisi, Smile Communications, and Tanzania Women's Bank. With a background in BSc(Hons) Electronics from Delhi University, Stephen has experience in system performance, IT operations, database administration, and technology consultancy. Stephen has been involved in setting up IT infrastructure, core banking systems, capacity planning, support agreements, and more.
