Mansi Kapadia

Mansi Kapadia serves as the Global Head of Innovation and Digital Transformation at Lazard since October 2018, focusing on AI-native platforms and cultural transformation within the enterprise. Mansi is also a Governing Body Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company; a Member at Chief; and a Member at T200, all since 2022, contributing to the upliftment of future tech leaders. Previously, Mansi held roles as Director of Engineering at Cognizant, where significant tech transformations were implemented, and as Director of Technology Strategy at Capco, where enterprise tech strategy aligned with business goals. Mansi began career contributions at PwC, managing Information Security Programs, and at Deloitte, leading Enterprise Risk Assessments. Academic credentials include a program for The Innovative Technology Leader from Stanford University and degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Denison University, along with a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of Waterloo.
