Blanka Mims

Blanka Mims currently serves as a Senior Project Lead at CRDF Global, responsible for overseeing and managing the technical, financial, and administrative aspects of portfolios in Africa and Eastern Europe focusing on nonproliferation. Previously, Blanka led international projects funded by the U.S. Department of State within Eastern Europe and South Asia, emphasizing counterterrorism and counter-proliferation efforts. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Operations Assistant at Blumont, Inc., supporting a significant project in Syria, and as a Budget Analyst and Assistant to the Dean at The Catholic University of America, where budget development and management were key responsibilities. Blanka holds a Master of Arts in International Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Journalism, and Business Communication from the University of Sarajevo.
