Alex Garrett

Alex Garrett is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Originations at CRE Bridge Capital since June 2025. In this role, Alex leads the sourcing and structuring of investment opportunities, collaborating with borrowers, brokers, and partners to facilitate deal flow and fund growth, while also overseeing deal evaluation, term negotiation, and transaction management from start to finish. Prior to this position, Alex was a National Sales Representative on the Strategic Accounts Team at Premier Packaging, LLC, and held various roles in sales and supply chain management, including Account Executive at Victory Packaging and a Sales, Marketing, and Lean Manufacturing Intern at Purosil LLC. Alex holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphases in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Chapman University.
