Wins Mathew

Wins Mathew is an experienced professional currently serving as a Leasing Consultant and Property Management Trainee at The Dolben Company, Inc. since May 2025. Wins has actively contributed to various organizations, including CRE Finance Council and Urban Land Institute as an academic member and student member, respectively. Wins has held multiple leadership roles within the UMass Lowell Real Estate Network Association, including Treasurer and Secretary. As a Program Manager for Project Destined and a Project Manager Intern at Mill City Consulting, Wins has applied analytical and consulting skills to improve local businesses. Wins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the Manning School of Business, UMass Lowell, anticipated in May 2025.
