Staci Cummings

Staci Cummings has a strong background in project management and customer success. Staci worked as a Customer Success Manager at Cre8tive Technology and Design starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at 2W Technologies, INC from 2022 to 2023. In 2021, Staci worked as a Project Manager and Consultant at MIS Consulting & Sales, Inc. Their role involved managing teams and implementing successful projects using agile/waterfall methodologies. Staci also has extensive experience at Epicor Software where they held various roles including WW University Director and Sr. Content Manager. In these positions, they led teams, collaborated with different departments, and managed educational programs. Staci started their career in 1994 as a Technical Support at PREMOS, INC, providing help desk support and troubleshooting customer issues.

Staci Cummings holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from the Community College of Allegheny County. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: "Epicor Channel Sales Certified Americas" from Epicor in March 2023, and "Cloud Foundations" from Epicor Software in August 2021.
