Jennifer Marks

Jennifer Marks has a diverse work experience in the finance and mortgage industry. Jennifer is currently serving as the Vice President of Special Assets at CREA, LLC since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Boston Capital starting in 2014, where they held various roles including Assistant Vice President & Team Lead, Senior Asset Manager, and Asset Manager. From 2012 to 2014, Jennifer was an Associate at Berkeley Point Capital LLC. Before that, they worked at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage from 2007 to 2012, starting as an Insurance Specialist and later becoming an Analyst. Jennifer'searliest experience in the industry was as a Closer at Provident Funding Associates L.P. from 2005 to 2006.

Jennifer Marks received their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification from the National Association of Home Builders in January 2017.
