Ying Ling Lum currently serves as Senior Vice President at Creador, leading value creation teams for portfolio companies in Malaysia. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Director of Content Strategy and Analytics at iflix, where responsibilities encompassed content selection, studio negotiation, and content marketing. Ying Ling also held the position of Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on strategy and analytics for multinational brands in Southeast Asia. Additionally, a secondment to Cape York Partnership involved supporting Indigenous leader Noel Pearson in education and employment initiatives for remote Australian communities. Ying Ling is an Oxford Brookes University alumnus, holding a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting.
