Michelle Bernabe, RN, KAT, serves as the Director of Clinical & Network Excellence at First Tracks, focusing on innovating access and payment models in psychiatry. As the founder of Moral Health, Michelle empowers individuals and organizations through storytelling and education centered on moral leadership. In addition to consulting in healthcare operations at Six of Wands LLC, Michelle has been involved in democratizing access to organic food as an owner/member at Park Slope Food Coop. Previous roles include leadership in clinical innovation at BK Minds, experience in the Psychiatric Emergency Room at Mount Sinai West, and participation in a leadership fellowship at Coro New York. Michelle's formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Columbia University and a BA in Human Development from UC San Diego.
