Maciej Łapiński

Maciej Łapiński has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Derivatives Specialist at State Street. In 2013, they joined Deloitte Poland as an Intern before progressing to the role of Associate and then Senior until 2018. In the same year, Maciej worked at EY as a Senior in Valuation and Business Modelling. Maciej then joined Digital Care sp. z o. o. as a Finance Manager from December 2018 until April 2020. Since May 2020, Maciej has been working at AvaFin, initially as a Finance Manager and currently as the Group Head of Controlling & Country Steering.

Maciej Łapiński's education history begins in 2010 when they attended the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie. Maciej completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting in 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Maciej Łapiński enrolled in the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors, where they successfully passed ten out of ten exams in their chosen field of study.
